We aim to send your order within 1 - 3 working days.  All orders are packaged, weighed Paid for and addressed to the address provided by yourself. We do not ship to PO Boxes. We send all items tracked. If you haven't received your item contact cupidbluebridal@gmail.com.

We do not provide free returns.
