Cupid Blue Bridal Return Policy

We are confident you will love every order, but incase you need a return, this is our current policy.

RETURN POLICY

We feel confident that you will love your order, but if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund. To qualify for this, you must have followed the guidelines below.  

To begin your refund, please email us at cupidbluebridal@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item(s), including your order number and that you are requesting a refund.

We will then send you the returning address and any extra information that may be required.

Please include your Name & Order Number in the box for the return. 

The item(s) being returned must be in the same condition in which you received them, with the original packaging and correct tags attached. We reserve the right not to accept any return if we believe the item has been used, damaged or altered that’s different to the condition that you received it. 

It is your responsibility to paying for your own return shipping costs on your item(s). Please ensure you are using a reliable tracked shipping method to ensure the item(s) are safely returned. Returns lost in the post are not the responsibility of Cupid Blue Bridal.

EXCLUSIONS

We are unable to offer you a refund on the following items:

  • Made-to-order items with your specifications e.g. bespoke colour, length, pattern or design.
  • Personalised products e.g. embroidery, printed material 
  • Earrings due to hygiene reasons
RETURN TIMEFRAME

If requested after the 14 day from when you receive your item, we will not be able to offer you a refund.

Once we have received your return, we will inspect its condition, and if accepted you will be issued your refund within 10 days. A confirmation email will be sent to the account holder once the refund is processed. If we decline your return due to the conditions listed, we will hold your item. You will get the option to pay for the postage to get your item back, without any refund being processed.

We do not refund postage for orders where postage is paid by the customer. 

ORDER CANCELLATION

We aim for fast and efficient processing and shipping, so if you need to cancel an order, please do contact us ASAP. 

Orders canceled before we processed receive a full refund, including shipping.

You can do so by emailing cupidbluebridal@gmail.com or calling 07772318700 and quoting your order number. Our responding hours are 10:00 - 18:00 Tuesday - Friday, if you order & cancel outside of these hours and don’t get a response, please have patience.

If your order has been shipped or is in transit, you will not be able to cancel it before it reaches you. However, you can still return the goods following our Cupid Blue Bridal Returns Policy above, you won’t be refunded for delivery. 

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges, please return your order for a refund and repurchase.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country. If you would like to return your order, you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Returns lost in the post are not the responsibility of Cupid Blue Bridal, so we advise using a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item(s).

CHANGES TO OUR RETURN POLICY

Cupid Blue Bridal reserves the right to modify this returns policy at any time.  Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. By making a purchase from Cupid Blue Bridal, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our Returns Policy.
